in this lesson on “how to play a guitar solo in any key”, we take the material from last weeks lesson and build upon it to help you start developing your own style of lead guitar playing.

Once you have  the basic idea down of how to figure out what key to play in and how to play the minor pentatonic scale, you can start learning short musical sentences or “licks” to help create musical ideas.  In this video, I show you 3 easy and common blues licks.  Then I will show you how you can add variety to each lick and how to connect the licks to make musical and expressive solos.
